At EIRIS Health Labs (“we”, “our”, “the Company”), we want you to have confidence in trying our products. We also operate as a small digital retailer using third-party fulfilment partners. For health, hygiene and regulatory reasons, we do not accept physical returns of supplements, whether opened or unopened.

Instead, we offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Refund on first-time purchases.


90-Day Satisfaction Refund (First Orders Only)

If you’ve used the product consistently for at least 30 days and don’t feel an improvement, you can request a refund within 90 days of the order date.

We may ask for a brief explanation to help improve customer experience, but proof is not required.


Important Legal Clarifications

  • No physical returns accepted.
    Due to supplement safety regulations and our third-party fulfilment structure, products cannot be shipped back to us.

  • Refunds apply only to first-time orders.

  • One refund per household.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds cover product cost only and do not include shipping fees.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Lost Packages

  • Customers who purchased Insured Shipping are eligible for replacement coverage for lost/damaged parcels.

  • Customers who did not purchase insured shipping may still request assistance, but replacements are not guaranteed.


Refund Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders past 90 days

  • Repeat purchases

  • Digital products (ebooks, guides, downloads)

  • Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier without Insured Shipping

  • Orders placed using incorrect shipping information


Processing Time

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.
If delayed, check with your bank before contacting us at support@eirishealthlabs.com

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
