All refunds are handled in accordance with our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy.
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are out of stock or soon to be released.
Depending on the product:
You may be charged a partial deposit or
Your payment method may be securely stored and charged later when the product ships.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled.
Once the pre-order has shipped:
It cannot be canceled, but
You may still request a refund according to our Refund Policy.
Ship dates for pre-orders are estimates only. Production delays, fulfillment timelines, and supplier constraints may affect delivery.
We will notify you by email if significant changes occur.
For eligible “Try Before You Buy” items:
Your payment method is authorized at checkout but not charged immediately.
You have a specified trial period (displayed at checkout) to decide whether you wish to keep the item.
If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.
You must return items in their original condition with all components intact.
Failure to return within the stated period will result in full payment being captured automatically.
Returns follow our standard Refund Policy unless stated otherwise.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are marked as “Processing” or “Shipped.” Customers must then request a refund through our Refund Policy.

Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
